I ended up at this hotel due to a flight voucher from American Airlines, and I was pleasantly surprised by the positive experience. The shuttle service was very efficient, and the staff went out of their way to assist us. However, we did encounter an unfortunate incident with the fire alarm, which disrupted our sleep, overshadowing an otherwise good stay. While the room was comfortable, the alarm situation was quite a drawback.
